Through the main entrance door, you’ll find a long corridor leading to the first 3 bedrooms (160cm beds) and a shower room with washbasin and separate WC.
Passing this corridor, you enter a very large loft-style living room, featuring a fully equipped kitchen (LACANCHE hob with gas rings, induction hob and 2 ovens, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, TASSIMO coffee machine), a dining area with a large table, a lounge area with a connected smart TV, as well as a pool table and table football.
From this living area, you have access to 2 other bedrooms; the first has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), while the second has a double bed (160cm) and access to a private terrace at the rear of the villa. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with washbasins, one of which has a WC.
A superb staircase leads to a 6th bedroom, with two single beds (90cm) that can be converted into a double bed (180cm). This bedroom also has a shower room and separate WC.
At the rear of the Villa, you will find a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
Relax on the large shaded terrace, playing a game of pétanque on the bowling green in the garden, or table tennis, for example. You can even cook outside in the summer kitchen, using a brazier and plancha grill.
