We offer you the 140 m2 Villa Coletta. It’s located in a peaceful residential area on the heights of Sartène, just 10 minutes from the first beaches and river bathing. The property is fully fenced, with private indoor parking for 2 vehicles and outdoor parking for 3.

Villa Coletta offers a private swimming pool and a very large panoramic terrace for relaxing at any time of day. You can also enjoy the shade of a two-hundred-year-old pear tree and uninterrupted privacy. The view of the Golf du Valinco and the Aiguilles de Bavella is remarkable, and you’ll never tire of the magnificent sunsets! Relax over a game of pétanque on our garden-level boulodrome. The Villa is fully air-conditioned.

It comprises 3 levels (half-landings):

– First floor: fitted kitchen, utility room, terrace access, pool access, wc, storeroom.

– 1st floor: entrance hall, patio access, large living room
– 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with a 140cm bed, 1 with a 140cm bed + 1 pull-out bed with 2 90cm beds), shower room with wc
– 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), shower room
